This course is designed to explain the responsibility and
competency required by a real estate professionals to adequately
protect Buyers and Seller in today's market by providing education and knowledge about the financial choices and impacts they have when selling or buying a home. Financing is tricky and changes regularly. It is vital to understand the intricacies of how financing knowledge impacts the transaction and ultimately the consumer. The real estate professional needs to have the tools to properly inform their Sellers or Buyers to make appropriate decisions. This is not an area that should be left to the expertise of an unexperienced Buyer or Seller. This course will enlighten the real estate professional on how to
qualify the consumer so they make appropriate choices by being
provided with education about what is available, how financing impacts conditional requirements, value assessment, and monies needed. The real estate professional will be able to clearly assist the consumer in their understanding of how their contractual choices will be impacted by the decisions made through the financing they select.
